The Chateau is the perfect location for your upcoming wedding, anniversary party, reunion, business meeting, holiday party or other special event. It boasts various indoor and outdoor locations that can be staged to meet your individual needs including tents, tables and linens, stage, podium, buffet stations for meals or hors d’oeuvres and more. It is our goal to provide personalized events to meet the needs of each individual client. Events may be held in the front, open space with the Chateau as the backdrop, inside the Chateau in the living and dining area or in the upstairs multi-purpose room, or in the back courtyard and around the pool. The choices are endless, with flexibility in utilization of the space, décor, floral arrangements and entertainment. Chateau Santé offers a great space for private parties or reunions.
The main living/ dining room comfortably seats 75+ with 5 foot round tables or seats 150+ people auditorium style. Optional: if food is wanted for the group, a buffet station will be provided.
The 2100 s.f. outdoor courtyard is designed with concrete and brick flooring and overlooks the 25 meter pool. This area comfortably seats 100 people with 5 foot round tables or can seat 200+ auditorium style. Additionally, the carport area may be used for additional space as needed. Optional: free standing buffet station or poolside bar set up for food serving
$500 Space Rental Fee includes use of up to 4 hours
$15 per person for hors d’oeuvres; or
$35 per person full buffet dinner
Rental includes the set- up of the space, tables, chairs, and linens
Buffet of hors d’oeuvres also includes flatware, plates, glasses, buffet of five variations of warm and cold hors d’ oeuvres, lemonade and iced tea, centerpieces and background music.
Buffet dinner includes space, tables, chairs, linens, flatware, plates, glasses, as well as buffet of salad, hors d’ oeuvres, entrée, side dishes, lemonade and iced tea.
Additional items may be added with a fee including open/ cash bar*, champagne glasses for ceremonial toast, coffee and condiments, podium, tent, stage or other specific items requested by the client. Use of the pool will be determined on an individual basis.
* Chateau Sante is a private club. No food or alcohol may be brought on to the premise, but may be purchased from Chateau Sante during events.

Chateau Santé reserves the right to request attendees leave the property who are drinking or behaving irresponsibly.

Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception
Chateau Sante offers affordable packages to bridal parties with flexibility in using the baker (for wedding cake only), florist, photographer, DJ/ entertainer of their choice.
